Title and Headtube for CB350 or CB360

Extremely lol, but the state is dragging their ass on my paper work and I would like to ride my bike before it snows. Titles and head tubes pop up on here every now and then. It's not unheard of to buy an old bike with out a title. If i was looking for a frame with a title it wouldn't be so "shhadddy" but I really don't need a whole frame, nor do I want to pay shipping for a whole frame.
