Today I learned...

. . . that you MUST be logged into Dime City Cycle to get your discount. You can't assume that your order discount will be attached to your email.

Even if you ask nice you are sol. :(

TIL that I am not as young as I want to be and now my knee is killing me because I tried to play a pick up soccer game. Knee popped and I went to the ground. Hope it isn't anything serious.

That having your project come together and realizing how gorgeous your bike is going to be can almost actually make you cry....almost.

lol... One time I spent 10 minutes on the side of the freeway (with no damn shoulder) before I figured that one out.

... it's no fun to reach down to throw it to "reserve" to find it IS on reserve. :-[

TIL, again, that allergies and open faced helmets are not a good match. There's a reason I got an HJC IS-33 helmet. My eyes are still burning.

TIL doing the ton on a new Ducati Monster isn't the same as doing the ton on an old bike, but it's still pretty cool to see triple digits on the speedo.

Maybe you weren't er, lubricated enough. I worked with a mason who could not lay a straight row of bricks until he was er, well oiled. Couple of buds at 7:00 am and he laid bricks better than anybody I know. Straight? what a train wreck....

I have never met a mason who worked sober, and i've known several of them.

Actually, that is my experience too, though I haven't worked around masons in a while...

Haha, I thought I knew all the drunk masons. Just figured it was something local. TIL, if you're gonna lay brick, drink first for best results.

There must be something about looking at a huge pile of rocks that makes A.M. Ale more appetizing.

That, my friend, is signature material.

TIL that mydlyfkrysis may not have seen this:

HA, missed that...Hysterical.....Like the small breakfast size bottle too.

They should of said endorsed by masons everywhere...ROFL

Today I re-learned that time spent here is never wasted... well... nearly never.

Thanks for the chuckles. :D
