Trouble Shooting - Starting My Bike.

Hey Guys,
I'm having trouble getting my bike started. Last time it was running was last May. I had some electrical issues since then which now seem to be resolved but I still can't get the bike running.

Proper voltage seems to be at mains, black (white striped) and Black cables seem to have normal voltage.
Lights and signals all work properly, Which is why now i'm concerned it could be something else. There maybe something obvious electrically I'm overlooking, I'll recheck my voltages tonight with my fresh charged battery. Kill switch seems to operate properly.

Never had trouble mechanically, the engine turns freely. Kick starter appears normal.

drain the float bowl then try starting fluid to eliminate fuel system

So it hasn't been running for a year? Did you drain the carbs before you stored it? If not, that's more than likely going to be the problem.

You might get away with just draining the bowls like hillbillyengineer suggested, but you might need to do a carb clean and get fresh gas.

You've got spark, right??
