Turn signals don't blink

Been Around the Block
When I got the bike it had no turn signals so I tried adding some and they don't blink they turn on but no blinking.

Well the flasher is where it should be with the right color wires coming from it. How do I test the flasher though

Go to autozone and spend the 14 bucks to get a new electronic flasher unit. That old one wouldnt work with your LEDs even if it was working with the stockers

If you plan on using LED signals, the OEM thermal flasher relay won't work with them anyway. You'll need a digital flasher unit.
 
They are about 12-14 bucks at any auto parts store. Cheaper online.
It's not just a standard flasher, a standard flasher is thermal an relies on the current draw from the light bulbs to flash (LEDs barely draw any current so they won't work with a thermal flasher). An electronic doesn't need bulbs to work.
 
Brsy amd cheapest flashers you can find are a truck stops. you can generally find a decent electronic flasher next to the road pro LED electronics for $5=8 dollars.
