TX500 build

ha ha ha ya my brother flipped the coin on this build so you can do alot more when $$$ is not a HUGE factor in your build... he was willing to get a bit wild on the $$$ side to get what he wanted... and he did!

I've looked at those on and off a few times and always wondered about getting chain lube on the brake portion.
How's that handled?

you want to use an o ring chain and use CHAIN WAX not lube... i will use chain wax on my cafe as well... so much nicer! and no FLING when you are on it!

Steve is doing some mods to the wire harness for me... i have been keeping busy though... here is what i hve been up to

The black HD looks awesome (as do the others, but I like the different tones of black).

ha ha ha ha ya play girl mag has been all over me to come pose since i posted these pics... ha ha ha ha ok... lame joke....

well... our first show of the year went great! The Powder Pro and Lite Em Up Customs hit them with a 1 - 2 shot... he brought out his car and i brought out the bikes... check out the flame job on his ride... that is a 9second street car!!!
here is a pic i snapped with the cell! ... was an awesome event
hope to have my wire harness back for the cafe this week so that i can have it done for the next one!

Joe, your bikes are sick brotha. I've never been so inspired to dig even deeper into my own projects that I am now after reading through this thread. There's a big cafe scene here in southern cali, and I just stumbled across this site, but after seeing what you guys are doing on here I'll be turning all my buddies onto this site for sure. Keep an eye out for my build post, which I'll be putting up pretty soon.

Keep it up!

ha ha ha great to hear man! VERY cool to hear something like that... get that shiz up here on the site man, between what you will learn just pulling out the wrenches and the help of the great guys on here... you can build anything! no joke... look forward to see'n your build man! tell your buddies about the site, the more people that love bikes the better!

JRK, Sorry to be off topic a little but I read a comment of yours on someone elses build a while back about wax for your chain so you don't have to have a chain guard and also don't get splatter. What wax do you use?

it is callled chain wax... either that or ill look at the new stuff we just got in a bit later for you.... it is not a wax but a liquid that turns to a gell
