Starting to join the upper and lower halves. Not my favorite part but things are matching up okay. Tunnel will be trimmed to match the upper profile in front.

Just about ready to close it up. It often becomes a game of just one more spot to raise or lower but I think I'm to the point where primer should smooth out the rest.

Getting ready to build the last big piece of bodywork, the rear fairing. I originally thought I'd go with the profile with the dashed line but now I'm liking the solid line more. Looking for your preference; dashed or solid line?

Starting to take shape. I made the top profile and the side profile in full scale on the bike and developed the stations on paper. I only drew the end view so it needed a little fairing once I built up all the stations but I think I was close enough that a little trimming of a few stations brought it into shape.

Just stumbled onto your progress here. Your tool selection is phenomenal and obviously you have the skillset to match. I am way late chiming in but I prefer the swoop at the back as well. The only thought I could offer is do you need/want the fender to be that big in the back? Just kind of looking at it proportionately with the rest, don't know if you planned on a front fender etc. What does the rear travel mandate? That's all I got, wish I had what it takes to work metal like that. Keep up the good work!

The rear suspension travel is only about 3 inches but I want the profile of the rear fender that high just for the looks. I agree I don't want the rear fender to be out of proportion with the front wheel but I want the up and down curves from the tank to the seat the rear fender. No fender planned for the front. That's one unfortunate feature of the trailing link design, a close fitting fender connected to the links or axle will rock back and forth with suspension travel, almost 40 degrees full travel.
