V Twin Cafe Project

Getting down to the electrics and to register the things here you do have to run indicators, so I looked at a few light combs and settled on this one.

So now after 3.5 months and with only a few little things left to do, like make a chain guard and bleed the front brakes and clutch, the bike is nearly finished with just maybe some decals.. Hope you dig the skeleton eyes on the dash!!

Yep, I could ride that! Great details man. The exhaust looks killer!

but the RH VIN sticker has to go!! the number is stamped on the frame, so no need for that! :D

That thing looks tough. Nice job! The right hand VIN sticker is the Aus Compliance plate...no plate...no registration.... :(

Killer man very nice mixs of bike looks ! and the pipes just set it off ....

Well after completing most of the bike I was ready to fire it up, so I cranked her over and it ran like shit, seemed like a fueling problem. So I went about pulling off the Carbies and found that the front cylinder choke plunger had broken and siezed in the carb. Now I will either have to make the part, or get bent over by Mr Honda`s parts dept.

an undertail plate and light kid wouldnt fit?

Love this bike man (but then, I am kind of partial to VTR's... ::))

Could you outline the inverted fork setup for me again, in brief? I am wondering how it is working for you on that chassis. I really like the look, and have considered it for mine, but I would like to know some 'real world' experience with them.

Thanks man!
