how much do you guys think this bike is worth, The guy said that it was running before disassembled, all the parts are there. Guy said he is looking for $250.00

250 with a title is 100% worth it.

Agreed, you'd be wise to snatch up that cheap of a titled bike. From the pics of the tank, it looks to be an earlier model (68-69). They are somewhat desirable, as far as Honda 350s go. From the pics of this guy's garage, the way the bike was disassembled and the parts were organized, I'd say that this guy knows what he's doing. Hopefully the engine doesn't need rebuilt, but that's not so bad since you'd only be in it for $250.

Oh hell yea. The only thing I'd ask is, why he considers it a parts bike. If the engine turns over and has compression, then that will be an easy build.
