i am in the middle of a tear down of my cl350 and got to the valves. one was stuck in the open position and the other failed the leak down test. so i went ahead and removed the valves. the one that was stuck open needed a bit of coaxing out and looks burnt or brown. (see pic) another valve moved freely with no walking but had to be tapped out of the seat. the other two came right out no problems.
so my questions is where do i go from here? i need to clean the valves of course but should i lap the valves or reseat them? and should i ream out the one that was stuck??
any suggestion would be great!
