Various 79 CB750K parts

my-79-750-k

Therapy is expensive. Riding is cheap. You decide.
I've got a bunch of parts that I've replaced that I need to get rid of. They all fit a 79 750K model, but, just like anything else, I'm sure there are some other models they would fit.

Front (Single Disc) and rear (Drum) wire spoke wheels with (old and dry-rotted) Dunlop Qualifiers on them
(If you don't want the tires, let me know, I'll get em pulled off)

Both front forks
These are in great condition, chrome is nice and shiny, seals are not cracked at all

Both triple trees
Both have been sandblasted, top is painted, bottom is not

Rear brake drum housing
Black with springs and shoes

Stock 79 tank
Black with red stripes, comes with "HONDA" side plates. Couple of small dings in the front and no cap or petcock.

Stock CB750 front brake caliper with brake hose
In good shape, piston moves freely

That's it for now, I'll post some pics up before the night's over with. I'm not putting prices down as I'm not necessarily trying to get rich off these parts, although they are helping fund my build. So shoot me an offer you think is fair, worst I can say is no.

any idea of this rim would work on my 82 750f? mine has dual disk brakes, but do i need to have them both hooked up??

I would say you would need another dual disc front wheel. The single discs are thicker than the dual and the spacing for the disc and the caliper is different between the single and dual discs. Also the mounting locations for the caliper is different. In order to use this wheel, you'd have to use this wheel, the caliper and the forks. It would also mean that you would step down from 2 discs to 1, which I would say, is counter-productive.

Some pictures:
You can see one small dent right above the H and another shallow dent on the right side about 2/3 back.

No, the shocks aren't for sale... I need those.

Update:
All is still for sale save for the tank, which is pending right now.

Hey,

I'm highly interested in your:

Front (Single Disc) and rear (Drum) wire spoke wheels.

For my 81 750f.

Please PM me to discuss further!

Cheers, Mate!

- Andy

I still have the wheels, however I've decided to use the stock tank for now until I can get my new tank to fit properly, so it will go up for sale later down the road.
