Switches to 130 jets and we are running lean. Good news revved to 10k instantly and is using more fuel. We will fix the cam chain (have another link) any suggestions?

why is that connector link bent ? press fit will be fine for race motor there is really zero loads trying to push the link apart while running

when we engaged the cam chain tensioner I pressed the tensioner bar down further and locked it in place.

We blew all kinds of oil out the air breather that is a good thing...ventilation is on it way.

probably...The kart guys use a DID gold on gold 219 rivet and they are pushing twice the hp we are. If we are breaking stuff that may be a good thing or a bad. I would rev to 10k and then engine brake rev to 8k and engine brake rev to 9 k and engine brake rev it made it about a mile then broke.'Took it up to 310ish on the temp gage. Was a blast to ride! Running lean you could feel it was fuel starved...stutter... at high rpm...needs the 26mm carbs.

you are pulling very,very little hp thru that chain maybe 1/2 hp, something went wrong to break it but not the chains or links fault
it was the plate that pesses on that broke ?
we cant read your mind have you bin drinkin' ? :)
did you bend any valves?

we have a spare we will try tomorrow...no if I had been drinking I would have to pess ;)
