W.E.B Tuesday night rides

Made it home, think I burnt out the clutch, as soon as I let the clock below 3K it started to die ...... sorry for being the broken down old guy on this ride, but thanks for the patience and the push!!! It was fun thinking I might get stuck out in the country side in the middle of a cold evening...... and I can imagine how cold the ride to Orngeville was, I was so cold, I put the fireplace on, and sat there drinking hot coco, ........... and pondered buying a new battery, and dressing properly for the fall........

Sorry to miss the ride guys, sounds like a bit of an adventure. Been super busy and haven't had a chance to take care of my leaky carb yet...

Nice Vid Cam! Hope to get in on some footage some day, we will just have to post a warning for people to turn the sound down on their computer when I pass by!

K6, glad we could show another "rider" the way to this site! I was on the 78' CB750. Looked like we booked from Burrito Boys just in time that night cause just as we were leaving the 5-0 pulled up and started handing out parking violations!

my edit program crashed this weekend.. so i had to wip up a video on some crapy program off the net.. It's not as good as it should be.. I'll try to get my program working again and cut a good video.. but in the mean time.. he's somethan somethan for ya! LOL

the words in the center do go away after a few sec's..

Cool vid, didn't know you had that running for the whole ride, I would have done more tricks other then stalling everywhere for the camera!
Got me a new power cell, a jacket liner and good mits for tomorrow, is a ride still on?
 
ya.. what can I say..? Like a true camera man, the camera is always rolling.. LOL
Next time I expect a few burn outs.. and maybe a wheelie down the QEW! And don't forget to flip the bird to the cop as he tries to pull you over.. HAHAHHAHA

I cant ride into TO tomorrow, have to drive the car, but I plan to meet in Streetsville for 7, and maybe my bro will show up ON TIME and with GAS in his tank...... weather looks so far!

sorry for my imposter 2 stroke 4 stroke.. LOL Promis my bike won't puff as much next summer.. LOL

ride home was a little interesting.. jumped back on the 401.. few seconds on the highway, a semi truck in front of me blew out a tire.. got whipped in the shin with a foot long chunk of tire.. at 120kmh... didn't tickle.. lucky, no cut.. just a little bruised.

anyways.. lets cross fingers next tuesday's weather is as steller as it was last night.. =)

Yep was Fast & Furious Almost a 100 klms round trip ;D I think when Calvin got the lead it became Furious :eek: ;D ;D

Great ride guys! Cam, let me know when you have some of that footage edited together.
Rocking unknown twisty roads with a lead that has no brake light or signals ;D + driving through the haze of Jim's 2-stroke-smoke and washing it all down with a spicy burrito = good time!

Oh... did Cam call us "Queens"?? Now I don't feel so bad for making him listen to the quiet tone of my exhaust for most of the ride ;D ;D

Scott. I looked at the footage.. oddly. the crappy mic on the camera didn't catch your racket.. its a short distance mic i guess..
the part were it breaks and i catch it is funny!! LOL
I hope to get a new edit program this weekend. I'll post it here when i get it rendered =)
 
Ya That was a bit goofy of us putting me out front, no brake lights, no turn signals, no sense of judgment...... next time if I get the honors I will wear one of those orange safety vests!
Nice way to spend the last night of the summer, hope we can get some more rides in before it gets too cold.......

Hey fella's, If the weathers nice next Tuesday where do you usually meet up before you head out for your ride. Wouldn't mine a last blast before the weather is to bitter for these bones.
