Wanting preferably young (age/at heart) group of non powerranger riders who want trash round Europe on oldish japanese bikes. Must have sense of adventure and bit of a wild streak. If your idea of fun is camp fires, sleeping on the side of the road and you can fix your own bike join us!
Uninterested how fast your bike can go as long as you know which end to wrench with.
Assembling a like minded small group to leave end of september, wanting to head down French coast and beyond.
Hey, I live in Bavaria, Germany. 610Miles from the ACE but i have been knocking the idea of riding to London for a while. But running around europe sounds good I ride a 1984 Suzuki gsx 400E. I run about 85Mi/hr if i try hard. We need to get some people together. and see if we can make something happen. Im all about 2 wheels and a tent.
I'm due to go on a litte jaunt to Europe at the start of July. I'm hoping to get a ferry to Northern Spain and ride back through France to meet my brother and a friend near Normandy.
I'll be taking a tent and cooker to try to keep the cost down. Obviously a fair supply of tools and spares as well.
My bike's a 1979 XS650. MY brothers got a Triumph T140 and my friend a Suzuki GS550. Should be a good trip. I've always envisaged a group of old bikes rattling around Europe.
