What do you guys think of this?

Well Spring is coming and I'm getting ready to finally get my bike back together. I'm totally ripping this color scheme off of someone on the boards idea. And sorry I'm not as talented with my photochopping as most.

I have new Avon tires, just have to get new shocks, clip-ons, and build the rear set for the brake and clean everything up and adjust everything.

Oh, and paint, paint, paint...

i like the two tone. are you keeping your seat like that? i think the rear tire looks great with that seat.

whats up.
i like what your thinking, i would put a inner upper fender on the under side of the seat though, i found that the road crap
got stuck up in the under part. i agree, i would keep that seat aswell, but instead of clips i would put on straights. would look
great. i do like your paint ideas, should pop. its a very nice bike stock so you really can't go wrong with it. these are my two
cent ideas, but make it your own and it will look great. nice bike, awesome place to start.
any way keep posting on the progress.
later.

It will probably be a slight flake, going for vintage colors. I will keep the fender, just chop it a bit. That way I can mount a tail light much easier. I'm still undecided about whether or not to do clip-ons. I may end up doing drag bars and keeping the stock pegs so my girlfriend can ride with me. I know this is the scheme I'm going for though... I'm definitely keeping the seat, might get it re-upholstered or just fix the rips with a vinyl/leather repair kit. I'm definitely getting geeked. I do have new tires though. These are about 20 years old, but in perfect condition, but at certain speeds it would scare me...

i am afraid like the before my self would just put some reverse cone megas on it . just my personal taste :)

Looks good, photo-chops are just for concepts anyways :)

Are you going to leave the muffler hanger shiny? If so, I'd suggest polishing the lower portion of the exhaust. Or leave the top half chrome, and black out the bottom.

Other than that, good luck and chop away!
