I don't know of any numbers but it doesn't look that bad in this picture. Are you sure the surface it is sitting on is 100% flat? Is that picture of between the cylinders? If it is that would mean the cylinders would seal first when tightened.
Torquing it down to the case with a good gasket between it might be okay.
I'll have to look it up but I think it's some crazy number like 0.022"
Looks like someone didn't follow bolt tightening (or loosening) sequence
Start in the middle when fitting, around the outside when removing
