I've always had a fascination for bosozuko bikes. I'd totally ride one of those just to freak out the squares.

I will have to admit that there is a certain weird attraction to those bikes and a certain eclectic coolness to the whole lifestyle....... but then again, I am a sick fucker........hehehahahahehe.......
 
Thats all Im sayin'. Its too crazy NOT to like at least a bit.

Like the 70s Funny Cars in the US. So odd, and over the top. You just have to look and smile a little.

To you as an American, sure. But, to the highly reserved and traditional Japanese its the same thing as the chopper guys of the 60s here painting swastikas on their bikes, growing long hair and beards. Japan is a very different (and absolutly beautiful) place. By the way, if you can, donate to the red cross there. They need it.

I don't know. I just don't get it.
Look at the fork brace on the front and the resovoir shocks on the rear. Someone put some money into this thing to make it handle better but with the faring pointing up like that, the close pull back bars and that surfboard attached to the seat , I can't imagine it would handle well at all.
 
As whack as they look, I can't help but like them ever since I saw one a few tears ago. If fact, it kinda on my bucket list to make one one day just for shits and giggles. Kinda like a red crushed velvet leisure suit :)
 
Fuck it; they're doing their own thing with motorcycles. More power to them.

I just wish I knew Morse code (and Japanese) so I could understand what they're throttling about...
 
Say what you want about the bikes but those dudes ride around with samurai swords strapped to their backs. That makes Bosozuko the most apocalypse prepared moto trend on earth. When the zombies come Japan will be ruled by oddly dressed characters riding around on these machines.

Except they won't be able to control their bikes because of the stupid bars, crash into a zombie, fall off, then get eaten by the others.......fail.
 
Their awesome pompadours will cushion their fall and their bright outfits will confuse the zombies and allow them time to restart their bike and continue the mobile slaughter. Success...
