What should a tool roll have in it?

Been Around the Block
I'm looking at getting some leather tool rolls made up and was hoping for some recommendations from you guys on what you would like to have in your bike tool roll?

My current one has a couple of good screwdrivers (one with swappable tips to save space), 8/10/12mm double ended spanners, a small adjustable spanner, a pair of pliers, some electrical tape and a spark plug socket.

What do you have in yours/what would you like to carry with you?

Locking fuel line pliers, zip-ties, and electrical tape have saved me. Wrenches and screwdrivers are a must as well.

That sounds good but I would maybe throw in a multi tool like a leatherman or something. At the least some sort of knife.

Also a small ziplock bag of various electrical connectors.

A flashlight.

Allen wrench set.

A couple of $20's and some quarters for the phone :)

BMW's have one of the best tool rolls in the business. I can rebuild my engine at the side of the road with this kit. Change tires (done it) etc.

There's a spark plug wrench, wrenches for the axles, swingarm, tire irons, allen keys, feeler guages - everything you need. If you need more than this, make sure you have a AAA card.

Weed. To go with the matches. Rain sucks. Cold, windy rain sucks more. Cold, windy rain and a busted knuckle require a moment of Zen before one just kicks the whole pile into the ditch.

A .38 snub nose (protection and hammer), pint bottle of Jim Beam (amazing how much more helpful the locals become after ya offer them a drink, and it works as an antiseptic/grease remover/etc.), some paperclips (work as fuses, shoe lace repair, lock pick), roll of good electrical tape (the obvious use, leather repair, bandage maker, hold parts together when they inevitably break), about 15ft of 16g wire (electrical fixes, shoelaces, alongwith your jacket they can make a small tent to cover your head/shoulders in the rain)8" crescent wrench, couple allen keys, a $20 bill. Add a leatherman and you're golden.

+1 on Sonic and Yinzer...add a buddy with a full size pickup....My neighbor picked me up and we loaded the CB360 on the back when the rear brakes delaminated...

you have to love a big pickup...

Trash bags, bleach, and 2 foot of piano wire, and two sticks and a pack of rubbers (think about your future). that stuff you dump on a rag and hold over someones nose to knock them out, o and i almost forgot a rag to dump that stuff on.

Brad your thinking of chloroform.

I always carry a tattoo gun, just incase I come across a bike i want to buy, and I just offer my services

Better add a tracking device that shows the whereabouts of Bradj and Hillsy at all times.

Two other things that have not been mentioned.

Fine grit sandpaper!
Small Can of WD-40

For when your plugs gunk up or the points get wet.
