Yup. Moto 3. They haven't been made for decades though I believe there is a (very expensive) modern version available somewhere.

I have an original (in kinda rough shape) in the collection.

$180 isn't bad for a DOT lid, but the quality on these are probobly crap. No name Chinese helmets always are.
