Who dat in tha dirty? (our roll call)

Re: Who dat in tha dirty?

Name: Mike B
Location: Memphis, TN soon to be ATL...
Occupation: Aircraft mechanic
Age: DOB=10/18/1984
Bikes: 1975 CB550K, GaryFisher Hard Tail, Trek roadie ;D
General: Always loved bicycles so motorcycles seemed a natural progression. I love kayaking, biking, climbing, camping, and generally anything that will keep me outside. Been riding motorcycles for a total of 2 months, and just got my license. I first rode my brothers 600 ninja and was hooked in 5 minutes...

Re: Who dat in tha dirty?

Lets see that 550 Mike. Two months and three bikes huh, sounds like you dove in head first.

Re: Who dat in tha dirty?

Love the paint, as for the bikes, throw a low cc motor and clubmans on there and they'll fit right in!

Re: Who dat in tha dirty?

you cant be fixedgearmike and own a roadie!!!! its like being a democrat and a republican..... not too many fixed gear riders back home in metairie but alot here in baton rouge

Re: Who dat in tha dirty?

WOW, that seat is the poo! I want to rub my ass on it! Love the bike architect and welcome to DTT and the dirty south!!

Re: Who dat in tha dirty?

More brains in the DTT/DS syndicate, and an architech no less. I bet he has all kinda crazy tools I couldn't run without years of training. If they don't watch it Twist they're gonna offset the balance around here and there won't be as many of us dumpster divers left.

Glad to see Houston repp'd a bit. It is my home town after all. Welcome aboard, and congrats on a clean scoot. Unlike my esteemed brother I'd rather not rub my ass on your "poo" seat, but I'd love to rip on that sucker fo' sure. ;D

Re: Who dat in tha dirty?

Yes excellent bratstyle/heiwa/gravelcrew bob-job! Love it! Oh, and welcome to the dirty south!!!

Welcome fellas. Those are some nice rides Chip. Got a build thread on the first one?

Hey Ape got any pics? 76 - 78 seems to be my sweet spot for the Hondas. Just a sweet time. Peak 70's performance without the 80's styling I guess..

I started a bulid thread on it a few years ago. If I can't dig it up I guess I'll start another one ;D

Hey, another DTT'er from Fairhope, Alabama!

I have been building a CB360 Cafe Racer for the past couple of months. Clubmans, rear-sets, cafe seat and just-installed-as-of-tonite 2-1 exhaust-so far. I am 40-something going on 13, and am a Medical Device Sales Rep. My other baby is a Ducati 748S. Other toys include an BMW E30 Cabrio and Jeep XJ.

Chip mentioned in his post about our Mods vs Rockers Ride-In at McSharrys Pub in Fairhope.: 2nd Thursday of the month.

Pleased to have you hanging about Doug. Sounds like you have a fun little herd in the stalls. You ever get that XJ dirty and put it through the paces?
