The exhaust ports are angled differently between the two motors. The exhaust will fit in the port, but with out cutting and tweaking the pipe they won't fit properly.
Have you done it personally? If so how much tweeking cause I think I've called every salvage yard on earth for cl360 pipes. And noone here seems to have any.
Pipes for any 360 are beyond rare. I found an old header on eBay for a 360 but much to my disappointment it was for a 350. I took it to a local muffler shop and they were able to bend things around to fit (with some small creases).

Good luck finding a CL360 exhaust, i'm pretty sure honda never made the bike and its just a myth lol. I have been looking for some also but basically gave up for the time being. I might just make my own exhaust. They are rare.
