good luck, sounds like that should sort it. My little CB I had the light on all the time, in gear or not, then I unhooked it and now it only lights if I hold the end of the wire and squeeze it. Grounding to the engine or frame does nothing. It's a weird one, hooking it back to the switch does nothing now too so I have no idea what I did yet LOL.
