WTB: '69-77 CB750 hardtail frame

I'm looking for a hardtail frame or weld on kit for my 74 CB750K. Please let me know what you have.

I know where one is in north carolina. Its titled and looks pretty good. Frame and motor and invader mags for 500. I was kinda looking at buying the motor but can't really justify it at the moment. Ill pass his number on to ya if you want. Pm me if interested.
