WTB XS650 Frame with Title

Hey all. Bought a $50 XS650 without a title last week and would love to actually be able tor ride it on the street. So, as the topic states, need an XS650 frame with a title here. Heck, I don't even need the whole frame, just the steering head and that wonderful document. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help. Thanks in advance!
