Wtt Fairly good condition CB350f parts

I acquired a '73 CB350F from an aging gentleman. Last registered in 99, it sat on it's side under a tree for years till I came along and helped it on it's journey. Anyways, I'm looking to start a cafe and this means I have no use for the seat, or the rare four tipped exhaust. Is there anyone that has interest in these parts and potentially more before I start modifying them?

I will! It's awfully rainy right now in Virginia... The sheet metal is in fairly good condition, some pitting. There are holes in the center where it flares out.

Finally got some pics of the exhaust and the seat. Let me know if anyone is interested in these parts before I hack 'em.
