Beginner! All help is appreciated.
Update! Finally getting something done on the bike. I took off the tank, airbox, battery, seat, and carbs. Oh man the carbs... I've just ordered some rebuild kits and diaphragms, as well as some uni filters. Can't wait to get it in! I've also got the clubmans on it, a new clutch lever and kill switch, new fuse box, and a good bit of wiring clean up. Also have a new tail light/license plate bracket on its way! I cut down the rear fender, too. And that front one needs to be fixed... It's like a bulldozer scoop. Whew! I can finally start thinking about how she looks hahaha!
The PO was a total ass monkey and had no airfilter on the bike... what. I heard there was some myth that taking off the air filter made the bike faster back in the day, but we all know that's some smelly BS.
Also, huge shout out to my step dad who's been helping me out IMMENSELY with the work!
