I haven't read much, but what I have read suggests the kits that tie into the oil feed tube on the front of the engine are largely a waste of time and can starve the engine of oil.
The only other idea I've seen is the billet cover that goes where the oil filter cover is and has lines running to a radiator. I might consider this as Toronto is blazing hot in the summer and often I get stuck in slow moving traffic so any help is good.
