XS850 or XS1100 oil cooler center bolt ( union bolt )

So I need a union bolt for an XS850 oil cooler adaptor plate...not the union bolt from the xs750, rather the bolt that the 750's union bolt screws into when added an oil cooler from the 850. I've checked all over online and the only place I can find them is here ( part No. 17) but they're out... and seem to have no intention of making more.
