Yamaha Xs250 cafe racer tyres

Hi folks

I have a Yamaha XS250 that I have turned into a cafe racer

My rims are: 18x2.15 and 18x1.85

Can someone help me with tyres? I could do with knowing what the widest tyre I can fit

I have seen lots of cafe racers with massive deep tyres on them

I have the same sized wheels on my current project also a 250cc with GS 550 Suzuki mags. My engine is an older '87 YZ250 2T motor in a RT frame yada yada. I will use Avon Roadrider (AM26) tires in the smallest sizes I can find. Front 90/90/V18" and rear 100/90/V18" Better handling, more nimble, cool to look at.
