I do agree. When I first read the description of the video, I couldn't believe someone in an SUV would drive over bikers to flee the scene of an accident. Once I watched the video and saw what actually happened, I think the driver's actions are understandable. It looks like the biker caused the accident and then his gang of thugs surrounded the vehicle and began threatening the driver.
That was 5 minutes of completely reckless motorcycle riding.
This is a very poorly written article and as usual is very misleading. I'll go out on a limb and assume the bikers were riding like complete morons (as evidenced in their riding formation) and were endangering other drivers on the road. The Range Rover was likely trying to drive normally and possibly attempting to pass the bikers to get out of the chaos. I imagine the bikers purposely impeded the driver and made it more difficult for him to pass. Having his family in the vehicle, surrounded by bikers...fight or flight kicks in, he gassed it and hit some bikers (unfortunately injuring one rider badly) and the rest is shown in the video.
I blame the riders. Complete stupidity. Mob mentality is a crazy thing.
