    I've had friends who brought their bikes inside their apartments if it is on the ground floor. Also check to see if there is any storage units near by. It can be about the same price as a garage and sometimes not too far away. If you keep it out side, Lock it up. "Keep the honest people honest"...

    tail light doesn't make me sense to you me

    It needs to be grounded. your battery is grounded to the frame. when you touch the bike you complete the circuit.

    Thanks Chris! I'm going to be running a headlight, tail light, maybe a neutral idiot light, kick only, and some of these small batteries. High/low will be a toggle switch in the headlight bucket. Do you think two or three of these would work on a cb350? I'm not sure if i'll have a LED tail...

    need a yamaha xs500 tank

    I'm trying to see if I can find a 76 or newer Yamaha XS500 gas tank for my build. I can't find one on ebay or on Craigslist. Anyone have one laying around? Anyone have the length and other dimensions of the tank?

    I finally started on my '72 CB350 that has been sitting in my garage for almost a year. Only thing I've done so for is strip the frame down to bare metal, and I built up a engine stand. Tonight I drained the oil to see how bad it was and... the drain plug was almost a 1/4 full of metal shavings...

    WTB, 35mm clip ons

    good luck. if you look around you'll find that you get what you pay for. Also remember if your cheap clip ons move while diving into a corner, you'll wish you spent the extra $40.
