Bloody Hell!! I went to fit my new Pamco electronic ignition and discovered that I'd put the cam shaft in the wrong way round. So it was strip it down to the point where I could change it and then reassemble it. Not something that I was planning on. I,ve cut the kickstartshaft bushing off the...

Please disregard the crap in the above about making my own master diaphram. I spent some time going around the bike shops in town and found one that was the same size. Lucky really, small town, not many bikes. Went to Sydney for a couple of days. I checked out Deus ex Machina's showroom. Great...

    TX500 build

I like what your doing there. I'd say the white over the chrome, but it maybe different when you've done the seat. What's your master cylinder off? I think I like it more than the square one I'm going to use.

    MotoFiaccone RD400 Chopper/Cafe build--for real this time.

Hey Chris, that's a great looking bike. I love the black satin and stainless fittings. I feel like I've spent more on them for my bike than almost anything else. Looking forward to seeing it done. You don't want to leave it anywhere at night, you'll never find it again.

The frame is back from the powder coaters. While it's been away I've been assembling the engine. I'm in the middle of porting the head, the bottom end is all together and the pistons and barrels are too. Yeah Dan, this whole project is a first for me. I guess the most challenging things have been lacing up the wheels and making the tank. The engine may also be one as it's only half reassembled. I've only ever rebuilt an old single cylinder deisel generator engine before. Successfully...

Back again. I had to shut off the computer as my battery bank ran low. I'm back on the generator now. The shifters are fine, I made the pipes first as I knew I would have to work around them. They were the most important design feature. The battery mock up is the right size for the glass pack...
