That sounds pretty cool. We work a rotating shift, no more than 4 days at a time. Then once a month we get 6 days off, four 8hr relief days then 5 more days off. Hey Teaser, I have a another engine and I pulled it apart and it is good. The chain has worn a little bit into the head and but not much. Is there a better set up? Aparently the plunger must bind up a little so it won't float, or would it not have occured with proper adjustment? Is it a design flaw? I know on my kz1300, I replaced tensioner with one off of a zx10 because the original ones bind and the chain breaks.
