Anything I've ever done, someone else has been broken down/ stuck worse, seen/ done more traumatic things, fought harder fights, crossed deeper rivers and lost more in one way or another. Same for all of you. Most of us are still here to talk about it.

Everythying is never that bad and can ALWAYS get worse.
