I am not associated with this company
They specialize in GSXR front end conversions for older Japanese bikes. You'll need to purchase a GSXR front end (triples, forks, axle, etc). Cognito Moto sells the steering stems for the conversion, as well as the steering head/neck bearings. You can also buy the new bearings from All Balls which offers a conversion chart, telling you exactly what you need.
Take the triple to a shop and get the OEM GSXR stem pressed out, and the new Cognito stem pressed in. Install new bearings and it should be a basic bolt-on after that.
As for wheels, you can still use a OEM GSX wheel - or if you want to go spoked, Cognito sells a custom made front hub designed to but the GSXR forks (I think it goes for $350 or so), using the OEM front axle.
Alternatively, they sell a direct bolt-on kit. They will source all the parts and send it to you as a bolt-on pre-packaged item, laced wheel and all. I think they charge $2000 for it.
That's essentially it in a nutshell. I've been looking at the same conversion so I've done my research. I'm just waiting for a really desperate person selling their GSXR front end for cheap.
Hope that helps
