Does anybody DIY rear sets?

Good looking stuff Hossier, I have filed the slot out on Al and steel before although I have access to a metal fabricating shop on occasion. I have also milled Al with a wood working router mounted inverted in a table. Screws or copious double sided tape holds the work piece to a full size pattern.

I'll likely buy stock knurled pegs for the ease of replacing them.

Those look very cool, probably not even much heavier than alu ones.
