And to top it all off, I'm going to do it all in black wire. Purely just for the challenge.

Dan here are the loom pics, not sure if it's going to help, but I hope it does:

Loom:

Front section (top: brake switch, middle: ignition, bottom, headlight cluster):

Head stem wiring (for controls):

Coils:

Rear section has 6 sections, I will go through them counter clockwise.

Stator:

Battery/starter & rectifier:

Regulator (I think):

Rear lights and flasher for indicators:

Fusebox and rectifier:

Rear brake, clutch switch and ground:

I may have named some of these wrong if I have please let me know and I will change them.
