Project 1981 Twinstar (CM200T)

Got a little more done today.

The little air filter hit the frame so I used a copper 1.5" street 90 and created an elbow.

Thinned out the seat. (I had to pull out all the staples and redo the whole thing)

Test fit the battery and wiring under the seat.

Pic of exhaust I built how it exits and added a crank case vent filter.

Oh I also had to raise the bike back up 3/4" (that pissed me off)... To fit the clubman bars as the risers I was building was taking too much time and didn't look as good as I would have liked...

I need to figure out a way to raise the rear. It drops an inch when I sit on it. I don't dig it at all... I know about three ways. 1) long shock 2) change mounting point and 3) spacer in shock at top or bottom (Then I need to take apart the spring and shock)... UGH

Not sure how I missed this thread, but cool bike. I love the CB200 tank, and your work looks great.

Thanks! This is my first bike build, I'm trying. ;D It isn't perfect but better looking than when I got it. (In my eyes)
