I'm located about 30 miles north of the grand rapids area in Michigan and I need a look at an unmolested cb650, 80-82 should be near the same. I'm missing either a wire harness section or a component I cannot locate. Anyone willing to help me out?

Ive seen a lot of cafe's totally delete a battery from the system. How would I do this on a 71 cb175? Ive looked around and haven't found my answer so I turn to you guys to help answer this for me. Im looking to get as much weight off as possible, and have that clean, open look. Any suggestions?
