I picked up a new set of signals for my 77' CB550k and looking at how the factory ones are on my bike I am not 100% on how to get them off. Do I need to remove the front forks and slide them off or is there another way?

So I went to change the oil filter today and I noticed that the bolt is stripped pretty good. Going to have to file it down a bit in order to get it off. Just wanted to see if anyone might know where abouts I could pick up a bolt to replace the stripped one? Would Canadian Tire or Parts Source...
