    Carb float maxed out

I have a 1969 cl350 with new 350a carbs which I set to the prescribed 19mm float height. The thing just wouldn't start(lack of gas) so I decided to max the float bowl out at ~16.5mm and she started right up but as expected, the carbs leak quite a bit. As I go above 16.5 into the 17mm range, I...

    cl350 Carb Butterfly valve assembly

Does anyone have experience with disassembling/reassembling the butterfly valve(not the choke valve, the one attached to the throttle cable) on the early 350a carbs? The rod was bent, and when i went to loosen the nuts on the ends, it snapped at the snapring, and a felt washer, conical washer...

    Friction zone issues

K, so what might be the cause of a clutch which engages and disengages with little or no friction zone. On all the other bikes I've got, there's a nice discernible friction zone, but on this honda cl350, the clutch just dumps when you get to the breaking point. I do have the ball bearing...

What carbs originally came on the 69 "hot cam" cl350's? 722a or 350a? Currently, Im running 722a's on the bike and its a b2*&h to get tuned right. All squeaky clean jets installed mind you. (Secondary 60, Primary 120, Slow 35)

    Capacitor Woes

Ive got another question regarding a 69' Cl350. I got her running and idling/reving like a dream. The problems start as soon as you womp on the throttle in gear. The power is lacking and unstable to say the least. Timing has been adjusted as per the manual. Same with the Valves. My questions is...

    cl350 Kick Start Issue

Quick question for you guys tonight. Ive got a 69' cl350 with a kickstarter issue. When the bike was together, I'd give her a good solid kick and once in a blue moon the kick-starter gears would not catch and I'd come close to hyper-extending my knee. I have the kick starter out of the case and...
