my 1976 xs500 doesnt have a front brake caliper, and rocking just the rear brake is sketchy at times. any chance that the 650 has the same caliper?? just a thought. or anything else that would fit in? hell, even a front end swap with some 35mm forks from another bike like a sportster or...

would an xs650 motor have the same motor mounts as a 76 xs500 motor? just curious as im looking at buying a nice rolling chassis kit that fits an xs650. dont hate, im a n00b at this ;)
