    CL350 Exhaust

    I just found out that my cb350 exhaust will not work with mt set up as it interferes with my rear sets. I would like to purchase a cl350 exhaust instead of trying to make custom headers. Let me know if you have a set of headers and how much to ship to Charlotte, NC. Pics would be nice as well...

    rearset and kickstart interference

    Did you ever get this kick starter issue taken care of? I just got my engine back in and my kick starter hits the brake lever. I did, however, figure out how to get the brake light switch to work. I'll post pics later.

    best way to prep engine for paint??

    Somewhere on here there was a post about making a cheap sandblaster out of a plastic tube and air spray nozzle. If you don't have an air compressor, I would suggest maybe a wire brush and a few cans of brake cleaner.

    It is a '71 engine w/o starter. I was hoping to get one cheaper than that... hopefully someone has one layin around.

    I built an SL350 engine but the push rod is toast from a thrown drive chain. The cb and cl clutch push rods are not compatible with the sl engine. Let me know if you have an sl350 clutch push rod and how much with shipping to 49321. Paypal is preferred method of payment. Thanks

    questions about cutting

    I plan to use my angle grinder with a 4" disk. I can imagine that a file would take forever. If i was to use a dremel, i would use my carbide grinding bit.
