    1969 Honda CL175 - Scrambler - First Build - Cafe Racer - Winter Project

Anybody??? Couple of questions: 1) On my carbs I have an Idle Speed screw and an Idle Mixture Screw. I cannot figure out for the life of me if out is rich or lean on the Mixture Screw. I assume since it is on the intake side that unscrewing the screw would make it run leaner (more air)...

1980 CM200T TWINSTAR CUSTOM CAFE - Project Log

Hello Last winter I spent my time tuning and cleaning my 1969 CL175 beauty. Now that that project is done (minimally) I needed a new project to start. My neighbors (bunch of rice racers) were moving out of their house. They have had this POS sitting in their driveway for quite some time...

Hello Fellow Honda Lovers I have a 1908 CM200T. I hade the wheels powdercoated but my dumb ass cut the spokes before measuring. I contacted Buchannan's and they don't have the bike in their database. Does anybody know the length / Guage of spokes needed for front 16" with drum and rear 17"...

    1969 Honda CL175 - Scrambler - First Build - Cafe Racer - Winter Project

Thanks for all the input guys. So I got the forks torn down and noticed there were tons of imperfections in the aluminum so I decided to sand them down and polish them. I soda blasted off all the paint and spend numerous hours polishing and buffing. I am still not satisfied with the looks of...

    1969 Honda CL175 - Scrambler - First Build - Cafe Racer - Winter Project

1969 Honda CL175 - Scrambler - Engine RPMRacing in idle after TLC & Clubmans

Problem Solved! Thanks Carnivorous Chicken I owe you one. It was the cable routing along with where the cable splits into two. The throttle cable housing was caught on the outside of the splitter housing. This thing runs like a dream with no carb, engine, intake adjustments. Clutch feels...

1969 Honda CL175 - Scrambler - Engine RPMRacing in idle after TLC & Clubmans

Thanks for the input guys. I think it is a cable routing problem also. What cable should I use for Clubmans? The OEM cable seems a little short. I am 85% sure its the cable routing. I never touched the carbs.

**HELP** I pulled my left engine cover off to replace the seals and gaskets. I noticed that a ball bearing had fallen out. I believe it is for the clutch assembly. 1) Correct me if I am wrong 2) Does it go between the clutch push rod and the adjuster or does it go between the adjuster...
