Hey man thanks for the info. I saw these on fleebay and am in the process of purchasing new coils also. Didn't have the big $$$ for dyna and good to know that theybare 4.5 Ohms. How do they perform so far??

hey guys ive come to the point where i need to replace the coils on my suzuki gsx250 1981. but there is no resistance reading on the coils? in the manual it says that the primary reading should be betwen 3.5 and 4.5 Ohms and secondary between 23k - 25k ohms. but when i have been looking online...
Problem solved. I got new ngk plug caps trimmed some wire off. Also got new plugs. Fired right up. My caos didn't have a resistance marked on them so I just picked up some 5k Ohms caps. If they were different resistance would it be a problem?

So I am yet to get my bike fully on the road but when I was riding it around today for about 20 mins it was fine and then after that when the bike heated up it started to misfire.

Yes im now using pods but with the stock muffler. I have rejetted the carbs by going from a 117 main to a 125 main and raised the needle 2 notches. it wouldn't fire under those circumstances so I changed back to stock.
I also just put my carbs through an ultrasonic cleaner.
