Installed the new gauges. Nothing huge, but I like the clean look. Install was easy. Just matched the wire as I pulled them from the stock guage cluster. Before and after pics below....

Good job dude! I know how felt when I got mine running. Definitely feels good. Now I have to wait until the shop gets the new jets in for the pod filters.... :-\ What's next on your agenda?

Have you found anyone that would do this yet? It would be nice to know if there are shops around that specialize in wiring. My GS is at Motorcycle Mania over in Old Irving Park right now for jets. When i go pick it up, I can ask him if he does wiring...

The old front master cylinder on my GS was worn and the screws on top were stripped out. Admittedly, I rushed into buying a new MC and bought an $80 13mm from PartsNMore.com. Shortly after the part shipped, I read the description on the part which said the 13mm was recomended for single disc...

I did call the cops, but as expected they won't do anything. Chicago Police are the worst when it comes to non-emergency calls.

Update: after further investigation, it looks like some drunk ass clipped the tail and too off. I can imagine he/she is having just as bad of a day as I am. "Why is my car messed up?!?"

Thanks. Not a HUGE deal, just pissed that I had to buy another part. There was a oil all over the sidewalk, but at least the oil change is half done now... HA!
