help! i am just getting my '75 CB400F finished and roadworthy for the season and it seems it won't charge the battery? battery is brand new. i'm thinking it has to be the stator/alternator. is there a way to "test" mine to be sure? is there a way to fix it if its bad? and if not, anyplace...

i'm taking a set of 18" wheels off of a CB360 (front and rear drum) and getting them powdered, wheels and drums. been looking for spokes to no avail, all i find are 18" spoke sets for a front disc hub. anyone got any leads?
