CB100 First Build

Coming along well!

You will have to come for a ride with the SinCity SkyTeam crew, that would really confuse people.

Crazy

Will definitely come along for a ride.

Just wished it was finished already. Am getting impatient and want a bike to ride so will probably go buy either a ktm duke 200 or aprilia rs125 this weekend. Just need to decide which one.

That is the way I am leaning. Had one years ago when I last had my learners. So much fun and I love the sound of the two strokes.
Plus I want something I can use as a track bike later on so kind of rules out the ktm

Tapered bearings fitted. Now fitting the forks and all controls then in to wiring.

More photos to come.

Thanks guys.

So have about another two weeks before the engine will be put back together.

In the mean time will get the wiring done, rear fender, leather tank strap, reupholster the seat and find new tyres.

Progress has been very slow. Done a bit of the wiring but it's proving a bit beyond my experience.
Got the engine back this weekend and bolted it in.
Working on setting up the rear sets. But the kit I was told would work by a certain shop is so far from working. Thankfully though I contacted moto bits who make the kit and they have been amazingly helpful with working out a solution.

So here are a few pics with the engine in.

Man, that thing looks great......hope I can get my 100 any wheres close to that.

GOOD JOB.....!!!!!!

thanks mate. I am really happy with how its turned out.

Does anyone know what ratio the speedo is on a CB100?

Coyote13 got the rear sets fitted up and the kicker just clears the toe piece when it is on the furthest back mount.
Going to try a cb360 kicker to see if I get more clearance with the toe piece further forward.

Fitted a few new parts tonight.
