CB100 Racer

Swing arm almost done. Engine done, Frame ready for powder. Fuel cell done. Now it's time to start working on all the carbon bodywork.

Yes I'm still alive. Having a day job, a family, and running two businesses doesn't leave me w/ a lot of spare time.

Well the engine is finished and mounted in the freshly coated frame. Still working on the aluminum swing arm but threw the steel one on so I can get it goin. Now for some tires, electrical and body work. Will post more pics soon.

It's an aftermarket TZ Yamaha fairing but I have no idea who made them. I had one on the last TZ I rebuilt.

Sorry Teazer, but that TZ counts as porn, and this is a child friendly board.
You could psychologically scar a young mind with images like this.

Hey looks great hope to see an update soon of that fairing. Have you given any thought to rearset mounting? I am building up a cb100 'sorta' racer now and want to move my controls back but it the mounting has me stumped.

Rearsets will be mounted exactly like the ones in this photo

I drilled the subframe down tubes and welded in some threaded bungs. going to bend some 3/4" chromolly tubing and mount to the swingarm pivot and subframe downtubes.

loving this bike... checked out the 450 build but love these small racers more. and if you ever did produce those fairings i know a lot of us who would jump at the chance for one. keep it up.

I've got the molds for the fairings and I'm in the transition of moving so once my brother and I start sharing a shop I should be able to pop out quite a bit more parts. Stay tuned.

the black frame silver tank one. I have a set of them. I've mounted them to a cb125 frame before. $35.00 shipped if you are interested. PM me I guess. I hate buying shit that's not honda yamaha suzuki etc. I build bikes from other bikes.

ironically i was going to use them for rearset mounts but I went a different route. They been a little molested by me trying a few things but could be done pretty easily. If not they might work their way onto a yamaha ls2 that i'm converting into a ta125.

p.s. considering i have three cb100/125 frames and building a few bikes to say the least and two mt125s if you need parts etc feel free to PM me. I might have some stuff avaliable. I have a working front mechanical disc brake setup. I think i'm running 160mm or 180mm drums on all my bikes. I also have a t500 200mm drum but that's going on the yamaha.
