Hey could you measure them from "eye" to "eye" at the frame mounting points. I'd buy them from you if they're close to what I need. Thanks man.

Got her fired up and running great tonight. Running with out a battery (thanks to www.oregonmotorcycleparts.com). She fires on the first kick every time. Tires and chain on, rough wiring done. I'll post some pics tomorrow.

Well here's how she's sitting right now:

Trying to wrap up the wiring but having some issues with the capacitor. It's a 6volt system and the capacitor is putting out about 28 volts. It starts at about 7 volts and starts climbing to 28 volts slowly. The bike fires on first kick every time though so that's nice. I just need to figure out the over voltage problem and move on to the body work.

Any progress on this build? The exhaust hangers that were planned for rearset brackets look interesting but what bike are they from? I checked the sl175 parts diagram and it's not that bike (70 or 71).

Update on my own post! The exhaust hangers are from a CM185. If my welding job works out OK, I'll have the brackets on the frame soon.
