CB350 project from Australia

Yep things have started to take off again now and I'm excited about getting things done! I ended up with coker diamonds, 4.00 on the front and 4.50 on the rear. I know its going to handle average but it looks cool!

Haha yeah I did, my mate picked up a cb350f on the same day, so we're both doing a project at the same time. How did you recognise that!

Ah nice one. Haha, I got mine from the same place, and thought it looked familiar after browsing through their site...

Oh nice what did you buy from him? He's a good guy and was pretty helpful, even though we walked in the and bought the 2 worst and cheapest bikes he had haha

Honda is looking great so far! and that 50! Nice bikes

Thanks! Yeah I love that little 50,like I said I learnt how to ride on that bike. She needs a bit of a tune up though.

Just bought an acewell speedo today too for the Honda, so that should look pretty cool!

Hey the bike is looking good! The larger tires makes the bike look so much more a aggressive.
What did you use for paint on the engine and was it high heat? I like the textured look. And where did you get your spokes for the rims or are they the originals.

Thanks the tyres do make a huge difference! I used Harley Davidson textured black on the motor, goes on really nicely and hides alot of imperfections in the metals. I just got the spokes off ebay, not sure how good they are but they look the part!

So this happened the other day.

Not sure what I'm going to do with the bloody brick yet, but it was cheap enough so I couldn't say no. Damn it's heavy though! Was thinking maybe some sort of dirt or street tracker but I'm unsure.

On another note I finally got the head back from the machine shop for the Honda! Just waiting on the cam to get licked and re hardened then the motor is just about ready to go. Also waiting to hear back from boretech so I can place my order for carbs and coils. It's getting to the pointy end now!

That a K series? Or an R?

It's a 1985 k100, super ugly. Those R series bikes are starting to get pretty expensive here in Australia

They are a bit hard on the eyes, good challenge though!
Haha, the R series, along with every other project bike, have become expensive here.

Haha I laugh everytime I look at it, God it's hideous! Put I put some fuel in it last night, jump started it and in a big cloud of smoke it fired up! I've been getting some inspiration for it but still undecided on it

Haha, well that's a good start!
That top one with the fairing looks has some potential.
That scrambler is pretty rad, if you could fit a less hideous tank on it. And a bash plate

I reckon, ive never seen so much smoke though! I keep running it once a day in the hope that the smoke will clear up, time will tell though. Thats it, they are 2 totally different styles so im going to have to choose 1 and stick with it. I'm unsure how hard it is making a tank change, being fuel injected it's got a pump and sender and all sorts of things in there! The tank has a hole in it anyway so regardless it has to be changed
